Cancellation & Refund
You have 30 days from the order date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Request your return to our customer service by quoting your order number and the reason for returning your product to the following email address: contact@unairdantan.com We will email you the return instructions. Upon receipt of your parcel, we will contact you to organise the exchange or refund. The refund usually takes 2 to 3 working days.
You can cancel your order and get automatic refund until the order has been dispatched.
